Mouthwatering Dish

Robert and Gail were testing some of Brian’s breakfast creations at The Old Manse Inn and gave a two thumbs up!

Baked Egg Florentine w/ Hollandaise Touch

Taking some liberties on the standard Florentine recipe, I combined the fresh eggs with a mixture of cottage, feta & paremesan cheeses along with a healthy sampling of vitamin-rich spinach. After it came out of the oven piping hot, I added just a spoonful of warm mustard hollaindaise to the top to spice up the taste buds!
