Mediterranean cuisine is known for being healthy, but the deep, rich flavors of these small plates of heaven will not leave you wanting! You’ll learn to make the sauces, marinades and spice blends that make these savory treats stand out.
Caponata – the Sicilian classic; Italy’s answer to ratatouille
Kalamata Olive Pesto – Greece’s version of this ancient combination is great on crostini, pizza, sandwiches and more
Galette au Chevre – this delicious Provencal goat cheese, potato & tomato tart hits all the right notes; your taste buds will dance!
Spanakopita – the ever popular spinach- feta pastry of Greece
Greek Lamb Souvlaki with Tsasiki Sauce

Your 2-night minimum stay will also include 2 delicious multi-course gourmet breakfasts in our beautiful, sunlit and newly-renovated dining room! Later in the day enjoy a variety of hot teas, coffees, cookies & soft drinks as well as complimentary port & sherry within our 2 inviting sitting areas.
The Saturday afternoon cooking class is hands-on from 2-6pm, followed by wine tasting in our Parlor and dinner in our amazing dining room. All of this is just an additional $90.00 per person over the room rates and will begin at 2pm on Saturday, March 21st. As always, ingredients will be locally sourced and organic whenever possible. You will also receive a packet of the recipes we make.
