At our Mediterranean Cooking School in the professional kitchen of the historic Old Manse Inn, we believe in having lots of fun: meeting new people, creating in the kitchen, enjoying good food and discovering tasty, comfortably priced regional wines. Learning will happen, we promise, but it won’t hurt a bit!

Greek Comfort Food: “Claire and I thoroughly enjoyed our cooking school experience with you and the other “chefs”. We thought the class size and structure was just right, and appreciated the relaxed but efficient atmosphere that you created. Your open and friendly manner also made it comfortable for us to ask questions and learn. We thought the menu/food choices were great, and definitely would feel comfortable testing our learning experience in our own kitchen. We most liked learning about the varieties of ingredients that go into making an authentic Greek meal, as well as the types of dishes one might serve.”
