Privacy, Luxury and Comfort

This luxury room's created within the beautifully renovated historic barn. After returning from a day at the beach or taking in the sites of Cape Cod you'll enjoy all the charm, beauty, comfort and warmth this room has to offer.

It reflects what a sea captains home may have been like. With its grand 10 foot ceilings and romantic king sleigh bed you'll find it difficult to leave. A first floor room accessed by private entrance has expansive view of the Inn's west lawn. Featuring a seating area, gas marbled fireplace, ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, and 34" flat screen/DVD cable television.

The bathing salon is wrapped in cream beadboard, cottage style wainscoting. There is an oak carved vanity and large wood framed mirror. After relaxing in the claw foot tub enjoy your time together at one of our many fine local restaurants or just curled up with a good DVD.

Early morning coffee or tea from our accessible Keurig machine just 3 steps from your door. Also provided is a refrigerator/freezer to store your wine or soft drinks etc. This is your New England Island room to remember.

What our guests are saying

I have stayed at several different b+b's at this point, on the Cape and elsewhere, and this is hands down my favorite. Never have I seen a b+b so tastefully kept. We stayed in the Vineyard Room, one of the newer (I believe) deluxe rooms, and it was beautifully decorated and just plain immaculate. Some b+b's can be pretty frumpy, with the drapes matching the wallpaper matching the bedspread (yuck!), but this one was anything but. Comfy, quiet, relaxing, modern. The common areas were also gorgeous. AND the breakfast. Oh my gosh, the breakfast! It was so good. We definitely got our money's worth each morning, and it wasn't just your basic bacon and eggs. I'm talking gourmet, mouthwatering, eat-till-you're-stuffed breakfast. The food alone makes this place worth it, but add in a great location, a relaxing atmosphere, and a pair of awesome innkeepers, and you'd be a fool to stay anywhere else.
