For all:

• Full 2-course breakfast each morning with reserved seating times from 8:30A to 9:30A.
• Wine & cheese welcome reception Wed thru Sun from 4:00P to 5:00P.
• Free wi-fi in all areas of the Inn with 3 choices to get the best reception.
• Air conditioning throughout all common areas of the Inn plus all 12 guest rooms (no more window units!),
• Free off-street parking. Our parking lot can host up to 14 cars with ease, even more when the occasion calls for it. Don’t believe me? Check out our Spring Drone Video to see for yourself!
• Stocked beverage centers on each floor and each area of the Inn containing Sprite, Coke and Pepsi soft drinks with space for personal items that need to be refrigerated (marked with last name).
• Beach chairs, towels & umbrellas. Beach chairs are the backpack type with 2 pouches for easy carrying whether walking or biking to the beach or beyond.
• Main House refrigerator & freezer to keep all personal items cold / frozen.
• Ice machine for drinks, coolers, etc.
• Coolers for keeping your perishable items on ice while you are out exploring Cape Cod.
• Copier / Scanner / Printer for airline tickets, itineraries, etc.
• Piano for those with the talent for your playing pleasure!
• Shelves of books and magazines for your reading pleasure whether it be for information about Cape Cod, history, romance, fiction or non-fiction.
• Tons of board games and cards for that rainy afternoon or quiet evening in.
• Inside sitting areas: Unlike most area inns, we have not 1, but 3(!), common areas for your use & relaxation. Recline by the fireplace, play games by the windows or bring your lunch back to eat, you decide!
• Outside sitting areas. From the Dining Patio off of the Knowles Living Room, the courtyard by the Old Chapel Dining Room or the Adirondack chairs on the side lawn, feel free to use them all!

In all Guest Rooms:

• In-Suite bathrooms. Some rooms are shower only, while some have shower/ bathing tub combinations, and some have separate showers & bathing tubs.
• Brand new alarm clock radios.
• Air conditioning, self-adjusting (no more window units!).
• Smart TVs with popular streaming websites all included.
• Hair dryers, shampoos, conditioners, hand/body lotions, shower caps, make-up remover towels.
• Bath robes, closets or armoires.
• Beach towels during the Summer Season.

• Shared full-size refrigerator / freezer (Bass River & Nobska Point guest rooms).
• Fireplaces: Gas units (Long Point, Bass River, Nobska Point and Lewis Bay guest rooms). Electric units (Highland, Chatham, Race Point, Wood End guest rooms).
• Luxury bath robes & slippers (Bass River, Nobska Point and Lewis Bay guest rooms).
• Ceiling fans (Race Point, Wood End, Three Sisters, Monomoy, Bass River, Nobska Point & Lewis Bay guest rooms).
