Our magnificent, sun-filled Standard guest room with queen-size bed on the 2nd floor in the Main House.  Almost completed renovated in February, 2018 the Sandy Neck room will be a guest favorite as it has re-finished hardwood flooring now and has been completely painted with a more modern palette.  With the brand new drapery that can now be pulled over to provide more darkness over the blinds, the guest room furniture is also brand new with a driftwood look to enhance the seaside feel of this room.  Adding to the luxury of the Sandy Neck room is all brand new bedding to bring the entire room together as one complete package of new elegance for our guests. Along with the renovations, this room features brand new Mitsubishi air conditioning and 4 windows to allow the sunshine to pour in.  Additionally, the uniquely designed ensuite bathroom with pedestal sink and separate shower is a sure convenience to allow both guests to get ready at once for a great day or evening out.  Add a flat screen cable TV with a DVD player inside the TV itself, a closet for your storage needs and a central power center for all charging needs and the conveniences are complete.

Brian and Charlie made the experience the best it possibly could be! Also, Brian's cooking is fantastic & filling; delicious fuel to keep us going most of the day. The rooms and decor at the Manse are perfect and blend well with the atmosphere set by Brewster, which I believe might just be the friendliest town on the Cape! I highly recommend staying at the Old Manse!

Old Manse Inn COVID-19 Update - SEASON OPENS FRIDAY, APRIL 30TH!

Updated April 9, 2021

Dear Old Manse Inn Family,

Charlie and Brian hope that this note finds you all doing well and staying safe. We have missed many of you during this pandemic and we are certainly looking forward to seeing and hosting you all once again in 2021!!  We subscribe to the idea that we can achieve our best selves here at the Inn by working towards the common good.  This includes the safety and well-being of our guests - and our great staff too!

We re-open for the 2021 season on Fri., 4/30 and cannot wait to host you all once again!  As vaccinations continue to make progress, we are excited to see you all enjoy a more relaxed stay after the LONG time spent indoors and/or away from friends and loved ones.  We will attempt to keep you updated here on any new developments that we become aware of.  Here is what we know so far:

Brian will continue to work on the Brewster Reopening Advisory Board for as long as the group remains together to communicate any new information to the town, fellow businesses and guests.  He will communicate the latest Social Guidelines and available options to all guests as their arrival dates approach.  Responses may be requested from each guest regarding preferences for breakfast dining, guest room cleaning, etc.  With some creativity, we hope to still provide all of the amenities that you are used to enjoying here at the Inn!  We feel that the precautions are the socially-responsible choice and will support a more favorable long-term outcome for the communities and guests that support us.

Until the vast majority of folks can be vaccinated - and we hear differently from State authorities - we will continue to encourage guests to do the following when in public spaces:

If you have any questions or need more details, please reach out directly to Brian at the Inn via email (innkeeper@oldmanseinn.com or phone 508-896-3149). We will be monitoring the evolving situation constantly as we move forward so that we can welcome you all for a great stay!

We hope you will join us as we know everyone needs that time away to re-charge after the last year!

All Our Best,

Brian & Charlie
